Gary Fenton has more than 30 years of engineering, consulting and teaching experience. Gary earned a B.S. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and a M.S. in Applied Statistics from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to consulting and teaching statistical problem solving techniques full time, Gary was the Quality Director for Maxcor Manufacturing Co.

Robert Launsby is president of Launsby Consulting in Colorado Springs, Co.  Mr. Launsby is the co-author of four books:
                     -“Understanding Industrial Designed Experiments”
                     -“Straight Talk on Designed Experiments”
                     -“Process Validation” for Business Success
                     -“DOE for Injection Molding”
Bob has trained thousands of people in various techniques including experimental design, process control, FMEA, concept selection, design control, process validation, fuzzy control, Design for Six Sigma, and QFD.
